Instructions for use:

Step 1: Peel the strip away from the backing liner & discard.

Step 2: Dry teeth then apply strips to your teeth, doing your best to line up with the edge of your gums. Use gentle pressure to mould the strip securely to your teeth. Repeat this for upper & lower strips.

Step 3: Peel off the strips after 30 mins. Rinse mouth with water.
