Directions & Warnings

Directions:
Adults — For dysbiosis and gut health: Take 1 capsule twice daily with food until finished. To relieve diarrhoea: Take 2 capsules twice daily. To reduce traveller's diarrhoea risk: Take 1 capsule daily for 5 days prior to and every day while travelling.

Warnings:
If diarrhoea persists for more than 6 hours in infants under 6 months, 12 hours in children under 3 years, 24 hours in children 3–6 years, or 48 hours in adults and children over 6 years, seek medical advice. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.

Storage instructions:
Store at 2°C to 8°C (refrigerate, do not freeze).
