Recommended intake:

Adults take 1 - 2 capsules up to three times per day, with or without food. Best used 2-3 weeks after the acute stage of illness has passed to support a healthy recovery and long-term immune resilience.

• Astragalus is not recommended during the acute phase of illness, traditionally used to support recovery and immune resilience.
• Contains selenium which may be toxic in high doses, adults should not exceed 150 mcg daily.
• Contains zinc which may be harmful if taken in large amounts for long periods.
• Not suitable for children under the age of 2yrs.
