SierraSil Joint Formula14™ - Supports Joint Health and Function.

Dosage:

Take once daily with water on an empty stomach (one hour before or after a meal), following the serving chart below for number of capsules according to body weight.

Body Weight No. of Capsules:

• Up to 175lbs (79kg) = 3 capsules.
• 175 - 230lbs (79-104kg) = 4 capsules.
• Over 230lbs (104kg) = 5 capsules.

Directions:

Drink a minimum of 6 glasses of water per day. Take medications four hours before or after taking JF14.

Caution: 

Pregnant or nursing women and persons with known medical conditions should consult with their physician before using. Do not use if inner seal is missing or broken. Keep bottle tightly closed. Store in a cool, dry place.
