Schuessler Kali Mur (No. 5 – Glandular Tonic) is the tissue salt traditionally used to support healthy mucous membranes and the body's natural response to colds and respiratory congestion. Potassium chloride helps the body process catarrh and clear excess mucus.

Adult dosage: 4 tablets dissolved on the tongue, taken 3 times daily. Children: 2 tablets, 2–3 times daily. Infants: 1 tablet crushed with a little water.
