Ingredients (per 5 drops)

Herbal (0.005g dried herb equivalent, all herbs): Corydalis ambigua, Eschscholzia californica, Humulus lupulus, Lavandula officinalis, Matricaria recutita, Melissa officinalis, Passiflora incarnata, Piper methysticum, Piscidia piscipula, Scutellaria lateriflora, Silybum marianum, Tilia sp., Zizyphus jujuba, Vitamin C (Ascorbic acid).

Homeopathic preparations (6X): Chamomilla, Valeriana officinalis, Gentian lutea, Hypericum, Kali phos., Mag phos., Melatonin, Nux vomica, Passiflora, Pulsatilla.

Bach Flower Essences: White Chestnut, Star of Bethlehem, Clematis, Cherry Plum, Rock Rose.

Directions

For the first week take 10 drops under the tongue every ½ hour, starting 2 hours before bed. After the first week take 5-10 drops ½ hour before and immediately before retiring. If waking during the night, take up to 4 more doses.
