Pure Vitality Magnesium LemonAid is a great-tasting lemon-flavoured magnesium citrate powder combining a proprietary form of highly bioavailable magnesium with complementary nutrients for comprehensive stress relief, muscle relaxation, improved sleep, and sustained energy. Magnesium citrate is one of the most absorbable forms of magnesium — better tolerated than magnesium oxide and with superior bioavailability for cellular uptake. Magnesium oxide is the most common and cheapest form of magnesium in supplements — but it has very poor absorption (around 4%).
