Poise Regular Liners provide thin, discreet protection for light bladder leakage (LBL) — the small amounts of urine that can leak when sneezing, coughing, laughing, or exercising. More absorbent than regular period liners, Poise liners are specifically designed for bladder leakage with an absorbent core and a dry-touch surface that locks away moisture quickly. Designed to be worn every day, they fit discreetly in regular underwear.
Light bladder leakage (LBL) refers to small amounts of urine that escape when pressure is placed on the bladder — such as sneezing, coughing, laughing, jumping, or exercising. It is very common in women, particularly after childbirth or during menopause, and in men after prostate treatment.
Period liners are designed to absorb menstrual flow, which has different viscosity and flow rate than urine. Poise liners are specifically engineered with odour-neutralising and rapid-absorption technology for urine, providing more effective and odour-free protection.
Poise liners are designed for bladder leakage only and are not intended for menstrual use. For periods, use a dedicated menstrual pad or liner.
Yes. Poise liners are designed for comfortable all-day wear. Change your liner regularly for hygiene and comfort, or as often as needed depending on leakage level.
Poise liners are dermatologically tested and designed for sensitive skin. If you experience irritation, try a fragrance-free variant, ensure liners are changed regularly, and consult your pharmacist if irritation persists.
