Phytoceutics Quercetin with Bromelain 60 VC

Quercetin supplementation

A randomized, placebo-controlled, double-blind study was conducted on 66 adults with allergic symptoms of pollinosis. Participants received 200 mg quercetin daily for 4 weeks. Scores for eye itching, sneezing, nasal discharge, and sleep disruption were all significantly reduced. Quality of life also improved meaningfully across both the rhinoconjunctivitis questionnaire and visual analog scale. Yamada et al. (2022). European Review for Medical and Pharmacological Sciences.

Bromelain in Acute Sinusitis

A controlled trial comparing bromelain against standard pharmaceutical therapy in acute sinusitis. The bromelain group recovered fully in 6.7 days vs 7.9 days for standard therapy. Braun, Schneider & Beuth (2005). Phytomedicine 19(2): 417-421

Suitable for:

• Adults experiencing ongoing sensitivity to airborne triggers such as pollen, dust, mould, or pet dander

• Individuals seeking allergy support that works with the body's immune response, rather than simply masking symptoms

• Those looking to support healthy histamine balance and mast cell stability over time

• Individuals experiencing nasal congestion, sinus inflammation, or sleep disruption associated with allergic reactivity

Ingredients Each Capsule Contains:

• Bromelain (Providing 5,000,000 FCC PU of enzymatic activity) — 138.5 mg

• Quercetin (Comprised of quercetin 73.7 mg and liposomal quercetin equivalent to 26.3 mg quercetin) — 100 mg

Dose: 2 capsules per day with or without food, or as directed by your healthcare provider. For best results, begin supplementation 2–3 weeks before the onset of allergy season.

Understanding the allergy response

Exposure to airborne triggers (pollen, dust, mould spores, pet dander) can provoke an immune response year-round. IgE antibodies activate mast cells and basophils, triggering histamine release → sneezing, congestion, itching, watery eyes, disrupted sleep. Quercetin acts early to stabilise mast cells and reduce histamine release. Bromelain acts later to reduce inflammation and congestion by breaking down mucus protein structures.

TWO INGREDIENTS. ONE COORDINATED RESPONSE.

• Quercetin → Helps regulate the initial immune reaction, modulates NF-KB signalling, supports Th1/Th2 balance.

• Bromelain → Anti-inflammatory proteolytic activity, reduces prostaglandin-mediated inflammation, breaks down mucus.

Together they provide complementary support across the immune response.

Phytopure® Quercetin + Bromelain offers:

• Liposomal quercetin for enhanced absorption and bioavailability

• High-potency formula delivering 200 mg quercetin per daily dose

• Dual-action formula combining quercetin and high-dose bromelain for comprehensive allergy support

Foundational support, every day

Quercetin supports immune regulation and histamine balance. Bromelain supports healthy inflammatory response and tissue congestion. Used consistently, this combination may offer long-term immune balance support.
