I can't give this product 5 stars becauseI honestly do not know whether it helps my joints or not. I have been taking it for years, am 72 and my knees ache. Would they be worse if I stopped ?.. My husband started using them despite his doubts and a few months later he admitted his knees didn't ache as much after walking. However, using male logic he reasoned he would therefore not need any more and promptly stopped. I am reluctant to stop as initially it was many months before I thought they might be doing me good and so I have kept on as I can't risk starting all over again .
In conclusion I would say to you, give them a try. You will not get overnight results but over time you may find your aches reducing, but probably not disappearing.
