Naturo Pharm Arnica Plus Cream is a higher strength arnica formula that assists the body's natural response to injury, fatigue and bruising. Enriched with calming eucalyptus and other natural botanicals, this cream is designed for those seeking stronger arnica support than standard preparations — ideal for post-exercise muscle recovery, sports injuries and everyday bumps and bruises.
Available in convenient 50g and 100g sizes. Available from Pakuranga Pharmacy.
A: Arnica is a traditional herbal remedy derived from the Arnica montana plant. It has been used for centuries to help relieve bruising, muscle soreness, swelling and joint pain. Arnica is thought to work through its anti-inflammatory properties, helping to reduce tissue swelling and promote healing when applied topically.
A: Apply a small amount of cream to the affected area and massage gently until absorbed. Use 2–3 times daily or as needed. Do not apply to broken skin, open wounds or around the eyes. Wash hands after application. If skin irritation occurs, discontinue use.
A: Yes — Arnica Plus is formulated at a higher strength than standard Naturo Pharm Arnica preparations, making it more suitable for more significant muscle fatigue, deeper bruising and post-exercise recovery needs. If you only need mild support for minor bruising, the standard strength may be sufficient.
A: Arnica products are generally suitable for children over 3 years of age for minor bumps and bruises. Always supervise use in young children and avoid applying near the eyes or mouth. Consult your pharmacist if you are unsure about appropriate use in children.
