Pine Bark provides supportive proanthocyanidin to help the body maintain youthful vitality. 

Black Cohosh rhizome extract (from 400 mg dry Actaea racemosa rhizome) 100 mg; Shatavari root extract (from 600 mg dry Asparagus racemosus root) 100 mg; Red Clover flowering herb top extract (from 200 mg dry Trifolium pratense herb top) 50 mg; Pine bark extract (from 1.5g Pinus radiata stem bark) 15 mg. Other ingredients: Leucine, Hypromellose (Capsule), Microcrystalline cellulose, Maltodextrin (Corn), Colloidal Anhydrous Silica.

Recommended intake:

Adults take 1-2 capsules daily, with or without food.

• Warning: In very rare cases, black cohosh has been associated with liver failure.
