MoliCare Premium Mobile 8D offers the highest level of absorbency in the MoliCare pull-up range, with an 8-drop rating designed for very heavy urinary incontinence and overnight use. Like all MoliCare Mobile products, these pull-up pants are designed to look and feel like regular underwear, supporting dignity and independence for people managing heavy incontinence.
The 3-way leakage protection system and soft breathable fabric provide all-day and overnight confidence. Available in S, M, L and XL. Each pack contains a carton of pants. Available from Pakuranga Pharmacy.
A: The 8D is designed for people with very heavy urinary incontinence โ typically those who experience frequent large-volume leakage, are bedridden or have limited mobility, or need reliable overnight protection without changing during the night. It is also used in post-surgical and rehabilitation settings.
A: Yes โ the 8-drop absorbency is specifically suited to overnight use, providing extended protection without needing a nighttime change for most users. For very active sleepers or those with extremely heavy incontinence, additional protection such as a bed mat may also be advisable.
A: If your leakage is heavy but manageable with daytime changes every 3โ4 hours, the 6D is likely sufficient. If you need maximum protection for overnight use, very heavy leakage, or extended wear without changes, the 8D is the better choice. Our pharmacists can help you assess which level is most appropriate.
A: Roll up used pants, secure with the disposal tape if provided, and place in a sealed bag before discarding in household rubbish. Do not flush. For high-volume users, your local council may offer clinical waste disposal options โ ask our pharmacy team for guidance.
