Directions:
Adults: Add 1½ metric teaspoons (6.1g) to 200mL of water once daily with food. Children: Add 1 metric teaspoon (4.07g) to 100mL of water once daily with food.

Warnings:
Not to be taken by children under 2 years old. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses.
