Adults: Add 2 level scoops (12.7g) to 200mL of water twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings:
Contains 100mg of potassium per 12.7g dose. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner (contains vitamin B6). This product is sold by weight not volume; some settling may occur.
