Directions:
Adults only — For nervous system support: Take 1 tablet twice daily. For improving memory and cognitive performance: Take 2 tablets twice daily. Or take as directed by your healthcare professional. To be taken with food.

Warnings:
Contains 3.75mg of caffeine per tablet (a cup of instant coffee contains approx. 80mg). Caffeine intake more than 200mg per day is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding. In rare cases, Camellia sinensis may harm the liver — stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
