Directions

Shake well before use. Take half an hour before bedtime, or as advised by your health professional.

• Adults and children over 12 years: 10-15 mL
• Children 6 to 12 years: 3.5-7.5 mL

• Withania – effective adaptogen, restores an overwhelmed body and mind, re-establishes healthy sleep/wake cycles.
• Passionflower – encourages a sense of calm and relaxation, enabling restful sleep onset and maintenance.
• Skullcap – nervine tonic, nourishing the nervous system and acting as a mild sedative.
• Mānuka Honey (NZ native) – natural antimicrobial and anti-inflammatory agent.

In a base of Purified Water and Apple Cider Vinegar, with Natural Strawberry Flavour and Citric Acid. Contains alcohol as no more than 29% v/v ethanol, and sugars as honey.

Precautions: Avoid use with other sedative medication unless under guidance of a medical herbalist or doctor. Do not use if cap seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 30°C. Suitable for ages 6+.
