Directions

Shake well before use. Adults over 18 years — Nervous tension: 5 mL up to three times daily. Sleeplessness: 5-10 mL one hour before bed, or as advised by your health professional. Suitable for use while pregnant and breastfeeding. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
