Bedtime Bliss

Bedtime Bliss is specially formulated for children from birth, to support sleep and stress. Chamomile, Withania and Hops have a soothing and settling effect, helping to calm anxious minds and bodies. Withania helps to establish longer-lasting sleep, better sleep patterns and to restore an overstimulated nervous system.

Directions

Shake well before use. May be given undiluted or added to your child's formula. Take up to three times daily, or as advised by your health professional.

• Infants 0 to 1 year: 0.5 mL
• Children 1 to 2 years: 2 mL
• Children 2 to 3 years: 3 mL
• Children 3 to 5 years: 4 mL
• Children 5+ years: 5 mL

In a base of Organic Apple Juice Concentrate, Glycerol, Organic Rice Syrup and Purified Water, with Natural Flavours. No alcohol, artificial flavours, colours, sweeteners or preservatives.

Precautions: Always read the label and use as directed. Those allergic to Asteraceae family plants (eg Chamomile, Artichokes, Daisies) should seek advice before taking due to possible allergic reaction. Do not use if cap seal is broken. Keep out of reach of children. Store below 30°C.
