Kiwi Wheat Bags are premium quality, NZ-made heat packs crafted from 100% locally sourced wheat and 100% cotton fabric. Sectioned for even heat distribution across the whole bag, they provide soothing, moist heat for muscle pain, joint stiffness, period cramps, back pain, and general relaxation. Available in a range of sizes including a lavender-scented option and a soothing eye bag.
Microwave on high for 1–2 minutes, checking after 1 minute. Times vary depending on microwave wattage. Always place a cup of water in the microwave alongside the bag to maintain moisture. Do not overheat — the bag should be warm, not hot enough to burn.
A well-heated wheat bag typically stays warm for 20–40 minutes, depending on the size and ambient temperature. Larger bags retain heat longer.
Wheat bags are used for muscle aches and soreness, period pain, arthritis and joint stiffness, back and neck pain, tension headaches, cold feet and hands, and general relaxation and stress relief.
Yes. Place the wheat bag in a sealed plastic bag and put in the freezer for 1–2 hours to use as a cold pack for acute injuries, headaches, or swelling.
Do not wash the wheat bag — moisture can cause mould in the wheat filling. Spot clean the cover only if needed. Store in a cool, dry place when not in use. Replace the bag if it develops an unpleasant smell or the fabric becomes damaged.
