Directions:
Adults — For symptomatic relief of mild joint pain and mild arthritis: Take 1 tablet every 2 hours (6 tablets per day). To relieve inflammation: Take 2 tablets twice daily. Or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings:
In very rare cases, Curcuma species may harm the liver. Stop use and see a doctor if you have yellowing skin/eyes or unusual fatigue, nausea, appetite loss, abdominal pain, dark urine, or itching. If symptoms persist consult your healthcare professional.
