xQuantum Nutritional Flakes are a good source of high quality, vegetarian protein, containing both essential and non-essential amino acids, and is rich in natural B vitamins. Nutritional Flakes are made with a specially selected strain of Saccharomyces cerevisiae (grown on molasses) that undergoes a fermentation process under carefully controlled conditions. It does not encourage candida growth.
