Adults: Add 2 level scoops (7.7g) to 200mL water twice daily with food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

When taken in excess of 3000 micrograms retinol equivalents, vitamin A can cause birth defects; if pregnant or considering pregnancy, do not take vitamin A supplements without consulting your doctor or pharmacist.
