Andrographis – the ‘king of bitters’, provides comprehensive support for many areas of the body, including overall immune health and wellness, and support for both acute and chronic respiratory conditions. It also has an affinity for digestive, liver and cardiovascular systems providing antioxidant support against free radical damage, particularly with regards cellular mitochondria.

Oregano – supports the body’s natural immune resistance, especially with regards a healthy microbial environment within the digestive tract and throughout the body. It also provides potent antioxidant support for tissues of the lungs.

Chinese Skullcap – clears ‘damp heat’. ‘Damp Heat’ is the TCM-way to describe stagnation, such as congestion in the lungs. It supports immune function, especially during allergen season which can contribute to sinus and respiratory congestion.

Recommended intake:
