• Black Cohosh – Has a long history of use in support of the female reproductive system during the transitional years of perimenopause and menopause. The bioactive compounds triterpine glycosides, especially 27 deoxyacetin and acetin, are the active constituents standardised for use in most published clinical trials.
• Mimosa – commonly known as the Persian Silk tree, has traditionally been used to support a healthy stress response and mood due to its balancing effect on the adrenal glands and the HPA (hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal) axis.
