Gaia Herbs Gas & Bloating combines Activated Coconut Charcoal with a soothing herbal blend of Fennel, Chamomile, Lemon Balm, Ginger, Cardamom, and Star Anise to provide fast-acting relief from occasional gas and digestive discomfort. A convenient, occasional-use formula for when your digestion needs support.
Directions: Adults take 2 capsules as needed. For occasional use only.
Cautions: Vegetable charcoal may interfere with the absorption of medications. Not for use during pregnancy or lactation. Consult your healthcare practitioner if you take medications.
This formula works through two complementary mechanisms: Activated Coconut Charcoal physically absorbs excess gas in the digestive tract, while the herbal blend of Fennel, Chamomile, Ginger, Lemon Balm, Cardamom, and Star Anise helps relax the digestive tract, ease cramping, and support overall digestive comfort.
Take 2 capsules as needed when you experience gas, bloating, or digestive discomfort. You can take them before, during, or after a meal that you anticipate may cause digestive issues. This product is for occasional use and is not intended for daily long-term use.
Activated charcoal can absorb medications taken at the same time, potentially reducing their effectiveness. If you take prescription or over-the-counter medications, separate your medication dose from Gas & Bloating by at least 2 hours. Consult your healthcare practitioner if you are unsure.
Gas & Bloating is formulated for occasional use as needed, not for daily long-term use. If you experience chronic gas and bloating, it may indicate an underlying digestive condition — consult your healthcare practitioner for appropriate assessment and ongoing support.
