FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus Glucose Monitoring System

The FreeStyle Libre 2 Plus sensor, when used with a compatible device, measures interstitial fluid glucose levels in people aged 2 and older. For children ages 2 to 12, use is intended under the supervision of a caregiver who is at least 18 years of age. The caregiver is responsible for managing or assisting the child to manage the sensor and compatible device. Always read the instructions for use. The sensor must be removed prior to Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI).
