Fess Dry Nose Oil Nasal Spray provides soothing, lasting moisture to dry nasal passages using a gentle blend of sesame seed oil, vitamin E, eucalyptus, and menthol. Unlike saline sprays that provide temporary moisture, the oil-based formula creates a lasting lubricating layer on nasal tissues — relieving dryness, irritation, itching, and minor crusting associated with air conditioning, heating, dry climates, and nasal cannula oxygen use.
Dry nasal passages are commonly caused by air conditioning, central heating, low-humidity environments, aircraft cabin air, dry climates, supplemental oxygen therapy via nasal cannula, frequent nasal spray use (especially decongestants), and certain medications (antihistamines, decongestants).
Fess Saline Spray provides a water-based rinse that hydrates temporarily and clears allergens. Fess Dry Nose Oil provides an oil-based lubricating layer that lasts longer on nasal tissues — better suited for persistent structural dryness, irritation, and crusting rather than congestion or allergies.
Yes. The natural oil base with sesame seed oil and vitamin E is safe for daily use. It can be used as often as needed to relieve dryness and maintain nasal comfort.
Yes. It can be used alongside saline sprays and steroid nasal sprays. Apply Fess Dry Nose Oil after saline or steroid sprays to lock in moisture and add lubrication. If using a steroid nasal spray, apply the oil at a separate time rather than immediately after.
Many people using nasal cannula oxygen experience significant nasal dryness. Fess Dry Nose Oil is widely used in this context. However, some oxygen therapy guidelines caution against oil-based products around oxygen delivery systems due to flammability risk — consult your healthcare provider before using oil products with supplemental oxygen.
