The Fasciitis Fighter Round 2 is a double-length (30cm) version of the original Fasciitis Fighter, designed to allow both feet to be stretched simultaneously with bilateral exercises. The Fasciitis Fighter was developed by a podiatrist specifically to target the plantar fascia, Achilles tendon, and calf complex — the three structures most involved in plantar fasciitis. By performing the correct stretching protocol, the Fasciitis Fighter addresses the root cause of heel pain rather than just masking symptoms.
The original Fasciitis Fighter (Round 1) is a standard-length tool for single-foot use. Round 2 is double the length (30cm), allowing you to perform bilateral exercises with both feet simultaneously — ideal for people with bilateral plantar fasciitis or for faster rehabilitation of both feet.
The Fasciitis Fighter uses a specific stretching protocol that targets the plantar fascia in combination with the Achilles tendon and calf muscles. Research shows that night splints and specific eccentric stretching of the plantar fascia and Achilles complex significantly reduce plantar fasciitis pain and speed recovery.
Use it first thing in the morning before getting out of bed — this is when the plantar fascia is tightest after hours of rest. Also use before standing for long periods or after physical activity. Consistent daily use provides the most benefit.
