Directions:
Adults only: Add 2 level scoops (9.5g) to 200mL of water, twice daily, or as directed by your healthcare professional.

Warnings:
This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. The recommended daily dose of this medicine contains 165mg of sodium and 105mg of potassium. Not to be taken by children under 2 years old. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
