Dermal Therapy Heel Magic is a uniquely formulated heel repair stick that makes treating dry, cracked and rough heels easier than ever. The convenient stick applicator means no mess and no greasy hands — simply apply directly to the heel, toes and ball of the foot as needed. The intensive formula works to soften hard skin, restore moisture and help repair cracked heels with regular use.
Heel Magic contains a blend of emollients and humectants that penetrate dry, thickened skin to deliver lasting hydration and promote natural skin cell renewal. Available from Pakuranga Pharmacy.
A: Apply the stick directly to clean, dry heels, focusing on cracked or hard areas. Use morning and night for best results. For severely cracked heels, apply generously at bedtime and cover with cotton socks overnight to enhance absorption and repair. Consistent daily use produces the best results.
A: Most people notice softer, more comfortable heels within 3–7 days of consistent twice-daily use. For severely cracked or neglected heels, improvement may take 2–4 weeks. Regular ongoing use will help prevent recurrence of cracking and maintain soft, healthy heel skin.
A: While Heel Magic is specifically formulated for the thick, hard skin of heels, the stick format makes it convenient to apply to other dry skin areas such as elbows and knees. For facial or sensitive skin areas, use a product specifically designed for those areas.
A: People with diabetes often experience dry and cracked heels due to reduced circulation and nerve sensitivity. Dermal Therapy products are commonly recommended for diabetic foot care. However, people with diabetes should have any heel cracks assessed by a healthcare professional — deep fissures can become infected and require medical treatment.
