Is this suitable for babies and toddlers? Yes, this unit is designed for use with your baby or toddler. The cool mist technology makes it safe to have in the home, unlike hot steam vapourisers which can be a burns hazard.

Can I use essential oils? Yes. Unlike traditional Crane humidifiers, this model with a diffuser function has a water tank that is resistant to oil damage.

Do I need a filter? No. Crane humidifiers work perfectly without a filter. If you have hard water and notice fine white mineral dust, switch to distilled water or use a Crane Demineralisation Filter.

How do I clean it? Empty the water tank and basin after each use and disinfect at least once a week with water and a few capfuls of white vinegar. Never immerse the humidifier base in water. A small cleaning brush is included.
