Genuine UMF™ Mānuka honey has three potent and unique compounds – Methylglyoxal (MGO),  Leptosperin and Dihydroxyacetone (DHA).  Some of our honey has more of that goodness than others. The UMF™ rating makes it easy for you to see which of our honey contains higher concentrations of these special compounds. The greater the UMF™ Mānuka Honey grade, the higher the concentration.
