REM Sleep Capsules provide vitamins, minerals, and herbs to support getting to sleep and sleep maintenance.

Each Gelatin Capsule Contains:

Passiflora incarnata (Passion Flower) extract equiv. dry herb 540mg, Scutellaria lateriflora (Scullcap) herb extract equiv. dry herb 80mg, 5-Hydroxytryptophan 25mg, Magnesium aspartate complex 312mg (equiv. magnesium 62mg), Vitamin B3 (Nicotinamide) 12.5mg, Pyridoxine hydrochloride 6.3mg (equiv. Vitamin B6 5mg).

Also contains: Magnesium stearate, tapioca. No added gluten, dairy, yeast, sugar, artificial colours, or preservatives.

Dosage:

Adults: 2 capsules 15–30 minutes before bedtime. Repeat during the night if required.
