Each gelatin capsule contains: Vitamin A (from retinol acetate, 250 IU) 75 mcg, Vitamin B1 2.5 mg, Vitamin B2 2.5 mg, Vitamin B3 12.5 mg, Vitamin B5 10 mg, Vitamin B6 5 mg, Vitamin B12 6.2 mcg, Vitamin C (ascorbic acid + calcium ascorbate) 125 mg, Vitamin D3 2.5 mcg, Vitamin E 25 mg, Betaine 12.5 mg, Biotin 12.5 mcg, Boron 250 mcg, Calcium 25 mg, Choline 6.2 mg, Chromium, plus magnesium, manganese, zinc, iodine, selenium, copper, iron, molybdenum, citrus bioflavonoids and Coenzyme Q10.

Also contains: Magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide and tapioca. Total calcium content: 33 mg per capsule.

Directions

• Adults: 1 to 2 capsules twice daily
• Children 6–12 years: 1 to 2 capsules daily with food
