How does it work?
Optimal bone health requires more than Calcium and Vitamin D. Many people are unaware that other key minerals like Magnesium, Boron, Zinc and Manganese are also required as part of bone structure or are needed to support mineral utilisation or entry in the bone. Vitamins D and K are also required to support this process.

Aquamin® also contains trace minerals typically consisting of the following per tablet: Boron 24mcg, Copper 4mcg, Iodine 24mcg, Iron 500mcg, Magnesium 18mg, Manganese 54mcg, Potassium 3.4mg, Silicon 1mg, Sodium 2.4mg, Strontium 2.4mg, Sulphur 4.4mg, Zinc 10mcg.
Also contains: Tableting aids.
No Added: Artificial flavours, sweeteners or preservatives.
Adults: Take 1 tablet twice daily with food.
Anticoagulants – Vitamin K may reduce the blood thinning effects of oral anticoagulants such as warfarin.
Avoid use during pregnancy due to the vitamin K content.
Considered well tolerated at the level recommended. The Aquamin® content in Clinician’s BoneCare Calcium Complex is well tolerated and without any significant side effects.
