Covers an extra long child arm up to the upper bicep just below the armpit (68cm length, 42cm circum).
Suitable specifically for "longer-limbed" children those arms have grown length wise, but haven't developed to "adult thickness" yet. For covering casts and other injuries that cover the majority of the arm.
