Adults: Take 1 tablet twice daily with food.

Contains 20mg of caffeine per tablet (a cup of instant coffee contains approx. 80mg). Contains zinc which may be dangerous if taken in large amounts or for a long period. Contains selenium which is toxic in high doses — a daily dose of 150mcg for adults from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Adults only.
