Canesten® Extra

Canesten Extra Clotrimazole and Hydrocortisone Cream contains two active ingredients: clotrimazole (an antifungal) and hydrocortisone (a mild topical steroid).

Canesten Extra is recommended for inflamed fungal skin such as athlete’s foot, jock itch and fungal nappy rash.

This cream should be used twice daily for no more than 7 days. Then continue treatment for 2 weeks with an anti-fungal only cream such as Canesten Clotrimazole Anti-fungal Cream.
