How to Use

• Apply liberally to all exposed areas — approximately 7 teaspoons (35ml) for an average adult body.
• Apply 20 minutes before heading into the sun.
• Reapply every 2 hours, or immediately after swimming or towelling dry.
• Wear a hat, long-sleeved clothing and sunglasses for additional protection.
• Seek shade, especially between 10am–3pm.
