Before sun exposure, apply enough product to the face and/or body (for example, an average of 6 sprays on the forearm). Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after swimming, sweating or towel drying. Best practices for sun protection Do not expose yourself during the hottest periods of day, between 12 noon and 4 p.m. Babies and young children should not be directly exposed to the sun.
