The 10cm Soft and Hard Spiky Ball is a proven multipurpose self-massage tool for gentle pressure point therapy, myofascial release, and circulation stimulation. The spiky surface stimulates nerve endings and blood flow while applying therapeutic pressure to muscles and connective tissue. Available in Soft (more forgiving, for sensitive areas) and Hard (firmer, for deeper pressure) to suit different needs and body areas. Ideal for foot rolling, back massage, and general muscle maintenance.
The Soft spiky ball has more pliable spikes that compress under pressure — gentler for sensitive areas, beginners, and areas with less muscle bulk like the feet or around joints. The Hard ball has firmer spikes that maintain their shape under body weight, providing deeper, more intense pressure for tight muscles and experienced users.
Stand or sit and place the ball under your foot. Apply comfortable pressure and roll slowly over the arch, heel, and ball of the foot. Spend 30–60 seconds on tender spots. This is excellent for plantar fasciitis, tired feet, and general foot circulation. Start with the Soft version if feet are very sensitive.
Yes. Place between your back and a wall or the floor and use body weight to apply pressure to tight spots. The 10cm size is well suited to the mid-back, glutes, and upper back. Avoid direct pressure on the spine itself — focus on the muscles on either side.
The spiky ball's textured surface provides sensory stimulation and circulation benefits, and is well suited to larger areas and gentler pressure work. The solid trigger point ball delivers more precise, intense pressure to specific trigger points. Many people use both for different purposes.
Daily use for 5–10 minutes on feet, calves, or other areas is safe and beneficial for most people. For specific muscle tightness, use before and after exercise. Avoid using on acutely inflamed, bruised, or injured areas.
