How long will it take?

We aim to dispatch within 1–3 working days. Once shipped: Auckland 1–2 business days, rest of NZ 2–3, rural NZ 2–6, Australia 4–6.

Prescription delivery

Ask your doctor to email your prescription to prescriptions@pakurangapharmacy.co.nz. Same-day delivery is available for urgent medicines in Auckland (prescription received before 12pm) and Hamilton, Wellington and Christchurch (before 10am).

Cold goods

Fridge items are sent with an ice pack early in the week so they don't sit in a depot over the weekend. Please be home to receive them.
