Directions and cautions

Losec Extra is generally suitable for short-term use. Take regularly each day, ideally 30–60 minutes before your first meal. For ongoing or recurring symptoms, consult your doctor. Do not use for more than 4 weeks without medical advice. Long-term PPI use should be medically supervised as it may affect magnesium and B12 absorption.

If symptoms are severe, persistent or accompanied by difficulty swallowing, unexplained weight loss or vomiting, see your doctor promptly.
