A LIFESAVER If you’re in perimenopause and your periods have gone wonky, this will balance them out. Helps with mood swings too. I don’t get warm flashes anymore either (f you are always cold like me you don’t get hot flashes). I take two every morning throughout the month. I will continue until in menopause.
