Each capsule provides a total of 12 probiotic strains; including scientifically researched HOWARU® restore probiotic blend, supplied in a VegeCapsule using Delayed Release technology. This is to help the probiotics survive the acidic stomach environment. DIRECTIONS

Adults: Take 1 VegeCapsule daily.  

Children (age 12+): Take 1 VegeCapsule daily. 

Children (age3+): Empty 1 VegeCapsule and mix into food daily.  

Children (age 12 months+): Empty 1 VegeCapsule and mix into formula or milk daily. Best taken with food, or as directed by your Healthcare Professional.
